At Busch Systems, we don’t offer free returns, as customers are responsible for shipping and handling — plus a 15% restocking fee may apply. It helps us cut down on unnecessary shipments and reduce our environmental footprint.

Once your order ships, depending on the carrier, you will receive tracking details automatically by email from the carrier, or from your sales representative. If that information doesn't make its way to you - we'll track it down faster than you can say "out for delivery!"

We like to keep things easy! You can pay with all major credit cards, electronic funds transfer (EFT/ACH), wire transfer, or even a good old-fashioned cheque. Once your payment lands, your order will ship, or production will commence on build-to-order items.
