Q: Where can I purchase Busch Systems products?

Q: What forms of payment does Busch Systems accept?
We like to keep things easy! You can pay with all major credit cards, electronic funds transfer (EFT/ACH), wire transfer, or even a good old-fashioned cheque. Once your payment lands, your order will ship, or production will commence on build-to-order items.
Product Care & Maintenance
Q: What is the best way to keep Busch Systems products clean, and help prevent corrosion?
We recommend that a mild, nonabrasive detergent be used, such as a pH-neutral liquid (hand dishwashing or hand car washing soaps for example) diluted in warm water. Wipe with a clean wet cloth and towel dry.
We suggest testing soaps/cleaners on a hidden and/or small area beforehand.
Q: What is the best way to remove stubborn soiling from Busch Systems products?
If a mild detergen is not sufficient, the following products have been tested for use:

Liquid Gumption
Flash (in water)
Ajax Liquid (in water)
Cutting compound (‘T.Cut’)We suggest testing soaps/cleaners on a hidden and/or small area beforehand.
Q: What is the best way to clean and polish Busch Systems products made of Stainless Steel?
We recommend cleaning with mild, nonabrasive soap and water, using a soft cotton cloth to wipe the surface. Allow the surface to dry before applying polish. Polish using residential grade stainless steel cleaner and follow the directions. Always wipe the surface in the same direction as grain or polish lines. Rinse with a clean damp cloth, then dry.

Q: What should be avoided when cleaning Busch Systems products?
Always avoid using cleaners with chloride or bleach, and steel wool or scouring pads, on any Busch Systems products. For powder coated or stainless steel products, solvents such as acetone should also be avoided.

Of course! Many of our products can be customized or changed depending on the series and the request. From custom labels and signage to specific colors or unique restrictive openings, we will help you create a solution that fits your space and needs.
Q: Can I purchase accessories or replacement parts for bins?
You can purchase most accessories (filters, new signage, etc.) and replacement parts (casters, keys, etc.) for your Busch Systems products anytime. Keep your bins operating and looking spiffy – no need to start from scratch!

We do our absolute best to make sure every product you receive is durable, reliable, and ready to serve you for years to come. But hey – we’re human! Returns
Q: What is Busch Systems’ return policy?
At Busch Systems we want you to love your purchase. If you need to make a return, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a merchandise-only refund, less applicable restocking fee, if product is in original condition and packaging. Custom or built-to-order products are final sale. Shipping and handling aren’t eligible for credit, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we’ll issue your refund.
Q: Are returns free?
At Busch Systems, we don’t offer free returns, as customers are responsible for shipping and handling — plus a 15% restocking fee may apply. It helps us cut down on unnecessary shipments and reduce our environmental footprint.
Q: Can I return a customized or built-to-order product?
Because customized and built-to-order products are made specifically for you, they’re final sale. No take-backs – but we know they’ll look great in their new home!
Shipping & Receiving
Q: Does Busch Systems ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship beyond North America! Because every country has its own unique shipping requirements, it’s best to chat with one of our team members first, they will help make sure your order gets where it needs to go, as hassle-free as possible.
Q: How long does it take to ship an order?
We’d love to give you a one-size-fits-all answer, but our products are as unique as our customers! Most in-stock items ship within two business days, while custom or built-to-order containers take longer (greatness takes time, after all!). Your Busch Systems sales rep will provide you with an estimated ship date for your order and we’ll do our best to hit or improve on that date.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
It’s very important to inspect your Busch Systems products upon delivery and advise us immediately if, in the off chance you have damage or there appears to be missing items, as there is a 15-day period to report any issues. Our official terms and conditions are viewable here if you wish to read the ‘fine print.’ Within the reporting window, your Busch Systems representative will be able to assist you.
Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, depending on the carrier, you will receive tracking details automatically by email from the carrier, or from your sales representative. If that information doesn’t make its way to you – we’ll track it down faster than you can say “out for delivery!”
