Busch Systems International Inc. (hereinafter Busch Systems) warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of the original purchase. If this product is defective when used as intended under normal conditions, and within the specified period, Busch Systems will replace the product, send a replacement part or issue a refund (at our option) when the purchaser provides a proof of purchase and proof that the product is within the warranty period, along with a full description of the defect, to:

Busch Systems reserves the right to request photographic proof of product defect, and request that the defective product in question be shipped to Busch Systems Quality Department to verify the defect or to aid in quality control efforts. Busch Systems makes no other warranties, express or implied, concerning the product or the merchantability or fitness thereof for any purpose. Product that has been damaged as a result of improper maintenance, accident, other misuse, or acts of God, will not be covered by this warranty. This warranty is void if the product is repaired or modified in any way. In no event shall Busch systems be liable for incidental or consequential damages.

Should you experience an unforeseen issue with your order, please contact us at 1-800-565-9931 from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST Monday through Friday or busch@buschsystems.com so that we are able to resolve it for you as quickly as possible.
All products except clearance items purchased from http://store.buschsystems.com/ orhttp://www.recyclingcontainer.com may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full merchandise refund (does not include shipping costs), if in original condition. Your Busch Systems customer service representative will provide an RA number and return instructions. Merchandise must be returned in unused, like-new condition. Except in cases where the return is the result of an error by the shipper or the item arrives damaged or defective, original shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
If you have arranged to return product to Busch Systems, please be sure to keep a record of your return tracking information, as we will not be liable for items that are lost in transit or returned to an incorrect address.
