Craig Busch
Founder, President & Chief Design Officer
CEO, Big Kahuna, Oh Captain Our Captain…Craig does Boss like a Boss! If you’ve ever had the opportunity to meet Craig then you know that this eternally intrepid entrepreneur is always searching for his next adventure. Even forty years later, Craig still comes to work with an enthusiasm that ripples through our walls when he’s in the building. Also, as our Chief Designer, Craig takes inspiration from his many travels and interactions with clients and customers alike – the results being evident in the myriad of new products that are continuously being introduced on the market. As an athlete, Craig has found his passion in the sport of Dragon Boating and while we’re just waiting until he calls a meeting on the water…we see how his team spirit has enhanced his competitive boat crew, just like it does ours! Craig’s motto is ‘People, Planet, Product’ and he makes sure that our company drives (& paddles?) it’s way to excellence in these categories every single day. Here’s to the next 40 years!

Meet the Veep. Executive VP and COO Bill has endorsed this message and by all means, we do as well! Since joining Busch Systems back in the early years, Bill has seen, done, researched, approved and contributed to all of the major advances we’ve had as a company. His level-minded and purposeful way of doing business is no match for his razor-sharp wit which keeps us laughing as well as on our best behavior! Bill’s spare time is often spent doing home improvement projects and while we can’t speak to his *ahem* ‘expertise’ as a renovator (let’s just say he won’t be hosting his own TV show anytime soon!), we’re quite relieved as we certainly need his skills and knowledge around here instead.
