The last few years have seen a groundswell of startup companies and community-level initiatives working to address structural barriers to the widespread adoption of reuse and waste prevention practices. For many communities, however, the greater challenge is to sell these to decision makers and a general public conditioned on a system of care-free consumption.
This webinar will feature panelists from three leading NGO’s working to advance reuse and waste prevention as scalable, real-world solutions. The program will combine presentations about several efforts and approaches to building support, along with a panel discussion about steps local program managers and advocates can take to advance reuse and waste prevention in their communities.
