Operations Update In Response to COVID-19
Barrie, Ontario, April 23rd, 2020 – Busch Systems, in compliance with government directives, has modified business operations until June 2nd, 2020
Prioritizing the safety of their team members and adhering to government and health regulations, Busch Systems has closed their head office to help further contain the spread of COVID-19 in the community. The temporary closure will remain in effect until June 2nd, 2020.
During this time, operations have moved to a remote-based system which is able to provide convenient customer support during normal business hours, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm EST.
Distribution centers will remain open to process orders with extensive hygiene standards and social distancing measures implemented to safeguard employees and clients. The online store store.buschsystems.com is also available for customer purchases and while some shipping delays are anticipated under the circumstances, Busch Systems is committed to ensuring continuation of service as best as possible.
