First of all, let’s give props to PROP, a non-profit association of professional recyclers whose goal is to promote and expand recycling and composting programs in the state of Pennsylvania. Some of what the Professional Recyclers of Pennsylvania has done in the industry is improving the way information travels through recycling programs, as well as public and private sector professionals in the recycling industry.
