Bin customization is a fantastic way to personalize our containers and make them your own. We can easily customize our bins with colors, signage, labels and stamping to match your company’s specific brand.
We know that the best containers for Emergency Service Facilities are ones that need little attention--you implement them and they quietly do their job. Most importantly, Busch Systems containers are incredibly durable and are designed to last in their respective indoor and outdoor conditions. In short, we make recycling simple for Fire Departments, Police Stations and Paramedic Stations, so the least amount of time is spent worrying about solid waste collection.
Although recycling has incredible benefits to increasing the sustainability, avoiding disposal fees is one of the primary goals of a recycling program for entities driven by a municipal/county budget. The more materials you reduce, reuse and recycle, the less waste you dispose. The less waste you dispose, the fewer trash bins or pickups are required, and the lower your disposal fees. Any way to decrease operating costs will add to your fire hall/paramedic station/police station bottom line, especially in the current economic climate.
We at Busch Systems have been designing commercial Recycling Bins & Waste Containers for Emergency Service Facilities for over 30 years. We’ve been on site, we’ve seen your pain and we know how to clean it up! We also know that the best containers for Emergency Service Facilities are ones that need little attention—you implement them and they quietly do their job.

Did you know?
In an effort to reduce garbage, the city of Burlington introduced centralized waste stations in the majority of their public facilities, including their Emergency Service Facilities. Individual garbage cans have also been removed from work stations to help encourage waste reduction. When the centralized waste stations were introduced at City Hall, daily garbage output was reduced by 50 per cent.
The Burlington Fire Department also created an additional program that accepts and recycles unwanted electronic items, keeping harmful materials out of landfills and introducing another revenue stream for the department.
The proceeds generated by recovering reusable electronic materials are used to support the Burlington Fire Department’s Vehicle Rescue Team. Residents of the city can safely and responsibly recycle electronics with the proceeds helping their vehicle rescue team train and compete in local and international competitions.
